Rehabilitation For Housing

Housing Rehabilitation is a program that provides loans to homeowners to do repairs that they otherwise would not financially be able to do.

These repairs improve low-income housing in order to meet building code, health and safety standards. Improvements can include roof, electrical, plumbing, window, siding, furnace, water heater, insulation, foundation, accessibility, well and septic systems. These improvements make the home a warm and safe place to live for families.
