Reach Out For Warmth

Reach Out For Warmth is a fuel fund designed to help people who are facing a crisis with their heating utilities and who do not meet the requirements for the Energy Assistance program.

Applicants who meet Reach Out for Warmth eligibility guidelines receive financial assistance for their fuel and electric bills. Money for this program is raised by local energy agencies and matched dollar for dollar through the Federal Energy Block Grant.
